Cloie May Cox, daughter of Amanda Marie Smith and Amos Myron Cox of San Jose, was born a quiet birth at 4:39 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She is survived by her parents of San Jose; paternal grandparents, Denessa (Lyndell) Bowman of Delavan; maternal grandparents, Molly (Kevin) Bryan of San Jose; paternal great grandparents, Amos (Karen) Wyatt of Newman; maternal great grandfather, PJ Smith of Carrollton, OH; maternal great grandparents, Terry (Edith) Bryan of Chioga Falls, OH; uncles, Brandon Smith of San Jose and Nicholas (Jessica) Dohrman of Jacksonville, FL; and aunt, April Dohrman of Delavan.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009, at the San Jose United Methodist Church, with Pastor Stephen King officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery in San Jose. Memorial contributions may be made to OSF St. Francis Medical Center Neo-Natal.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 428 West McClure Avenue, in Peoria.
